Show Me Scholars -  A program to motivate students to complete a more rigorous set of high school courses that will better prepare them for college and the workforce.  It has been implemented in the Center and Hickman Mills School Districts.

Leadership In Practice - A student leadership program, administered by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce, that is designed to provide young Missourians (students between their freshman and sophomore year of high school) the opportunity to learn the characteristics of good leadership and apply them realistic reallistic activities and simulations.  The Chamber/Foundation has provided scholarships for students in our area to attend program.

College Night/Career Fairs - Each year the committee organizes businesses in various fields to participate in each school's college events for students.  The purpose is to give students the opportunity to learn more about a specific career straight from the professionals.

The Leader in Me - The committee is researching the possibility of implementing “The Leader In Me”, a program for elementary schools based on Steven Covey’s “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”
